Amazon Connect

Simple Email Service (SES)

You can think of AWS EventBridge as a smart hub for your applications’ events and data. It allows different parts of your software systems to communicate easily by sharing events. It is a central place where your applications can send and receive information without direct connections.
With EventBridge, you can effortlessly connect various services within—and even outside—AWS. It simplifies the process of building and managing event-driven architectures, making it easier for your applications to work together seamlessly. Whether it’s reacting to changes in your system, triggering workflows, or coordinating different processes, AWS EventBridge streamlines the flow of information, making your applications more agile and responsive.
Simple Notification Service (SNS)
The AWS Simple Notification Service (SNS) allows you to easily configure notifications for events that occur in AWS and your AWS solutions. It helps you send notifications to a bunch of different devices or distributed systems, making sure the right information reaches the right place. SNS supports various message formats, including SMS, email, and even push notifications for mobile apps.
